May 2018 International Coach Week Happy Hour Discussion: Best Practices for Pro Bono coaching

Short Term Projects:

Since 1867, Masonic Homes have provided housing and services to individuals and families, regardless of ability to pay. The legacy of caring continues today through Masonicare, which offers nursing care and other services to those who are unable to fully pay for their care and who meet specific requirements . Eighty-six percent of Masonic Homes of Kentucky employees are women, fifty-four percent of leaders are women. In 2018, five ICF OV coaches will lead Group coaching sessions for six women each, to accelerate the development and shift in leadership to include more women leaders in higher level leadership roles.
