We all know the frustration of trying to make a change in our lives, only to find our good intentions derailed along the way. While some obstacles may be external, most of what gets in the way comes from inside - from the differing positions and opinions of the “Players on your Inside Team.” By discovering who is on this team and how the game is played we can gain new awareness and return to conscious choice and aligned action.
Join Cynthia Loy Darst for a fun, playful and powerful taste of her work called The Inside Team. This exploration will be useful for both you and your clients!

• How to slow down the chatter in your/your client’s head.
• How to create greater awareness of the different Parts of yourself and how they operate.
• How to work with your client as they gain new awareness and get new information.

About our speaker: Cynthia Loy Darst, CPCC, ORSCC, MCC
One of the first to gain the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the ICF in 1998, Darst was a founding member of the ICF. She was one of the first Front-of-Room Leaders for both CTI and CRR Global. With over 30 years as a professional coach, she is considered a pioneer in the world of coaching.
A favorite in the coaching world, Darst was the Provocateur (Opening Keynote and Emcee) for the ICF Advance in London in 2015 and delivered the opening Keynote for the 2012 Midwest Regional ICF Conference.
She delivered "Celebration, Metaphor and Magic" to a standing room only crowd at the 2005 San Jose ICF conference, delighted her coaching colleagues in 2006 at the St. Louis ICF conference with her demonstration of MCC level coaching, and was an ICF hit again with "The Magic of Metaphor" in Fort Worth - 2010.
