As artificial intelligence tools like ChatGPT have quickly become part of our everyday activities, it is increasingly important to understand how these tools work and how to use them both effectively and beneficently. .In this engaging and accessible session, we’ll explore the essentials of AI and large language models (LLMs): how they generate text, what they do well, where they fall short, and how we can use them thoughtfully and skillfully as coaches.
Participants will:
1. Develop a broad understanding of how large language models (LLMs) engage users and generate text.
2. Identify common misconceptions, ethical challenges, and limitations of AI tools.
3. Explore how AI intersects with core coaching competencies such as presence, listening, and “not knowing.”
4. Develop actionable ideas for using AI tools wisely and intentionally in coaching and business contexts.
