About this event

In this session we will draw upon the wisdom of the 13 MCCs in the CoachME / BECKETT MCINROY global team to decipher, dive into and decode what really enables clients to experience masterful coaching. Exploring the PCC Markers, Core Competencies and MCC BARS we will together play with skill drills to lock in the learning and the session will culminate with a demonstration that is then dicepted!

Learning Objectives:
- Deepen your understanding of what distinguishes masterful coaching by exploring the ICF Core Competencies, PCC Markers and MCC BARS through an MCC lens.
- Identify and articulate the observable behaviours that demonstrate PCC- and MCC-level coaching in live sessions and recordings.
- Practise skill drills that strengthen presence, partnership, evoking awareness and client-led transformation, embedding learning at a somatic and relational level.
- Sharpen your ability to discern coaching impact, moving beyond technique to what truly enables client insight, ownership and sustainable change.
