Coaching presence is critical to our success as coaches and part of that presence is to be intentional about our active listening. We have so many distractions and competing priorities that we need to have the right habits when we are working with clients. We need to be laser focused and intentional about listening. In this program you will learn about the 12 roadblocks to listening and practice the four levels of listening so that you can intentionally create your own listening habit. Listening is hard work and in this class participants will create their own listening habit by: setting the intention, identifying the roadblocks they have, and listening at deeper levels to help bring awareness as to what questions should be asked next. Learning Objectives 1. Identify the roadblocks of listening present in your own process 2. Identify the four levels of listening and assess which level to use in your coaching 3. Discuss the difference between mindful and mind-full
