In this workshop you will learn essential coaching, mediation, negotiation, and Neuro Linguistic Programming skills that make your coaching results more tangible. You will learn how to do less work on a coaching call while increasing your clients’ long-term sustainable results. Learn 10 language patterns to listen for in your coaching. Use the language patterns to inform excellent coaching questions that will help your client integrate that part of them that believes they can achieve their goals and the part of them that does not. You will have useful negotiation skills that will increase your clients awareness and alignment with what they say they want. Create a space where your clients get transformational learnings; then they use those learnings to choose tasking that will get them the most beneficial results.
Using Neuro Linguistic Programing negotiation model, coaches will be able to “chunk” their clients up out of confusion or down out of overwhelm to increase their clients' clarity depending on their clients Meta Programs.
Participants will coach their clients past the conscious wants down to the unconscious needs not getting met to move them from victim of circumstance into creativity, responsibility, and inspired action steps.
With mediation techniques coaches will recover their clients repressed or shut down qualities and characteristics of themselves that are keeping them from believing they can achieve what they want.
Coaches will support their client in shifting their goals and action steps toward what they want instead of away from what they don’t want for increased accountability, motivation, and results.
Utilize effective language in your coaching questions from Neuro Linguistic to get increased buy-in, empowerment, and responsibility toward what the client wants.
