About this event

A collection of coaches across different niches will be presenting on their area of expertise and commonly used tools. They will highlight where ICF Core Competencies influence practice and facilitate discussion around how you can expand your coaching skills and grow your client base. We are pleased to have the following coaches present:

Cindy North, PCC- Realigning Strengths Through Coaching Differently Wired Brains
As a Coach it is imperative that you partner with your clients in their chosen movement forward. In doing so, as a coach you are helping to evoke awareness for your clients by identifying thought patterns, habits, and patterns. As a Certified ADHD and Positive Intelligence Life Coach, Cindy North, will shine a light on how coaching through a neurobiological lens supports transformational change in a person's thinking habits and behavioral outcomes and how this is especially important for individuals who are neurodivergent. By the end of the presentation, you will have a greater understanding of why identifying client's strengths matters, how strengths can both hinder and help individuals, and how the coaching process supports client growth through the understanding of neurobiology.

Katie Boscher, ACC- Career & Leadership Coaching

Allowing her clients to take a pause to truly evaluate who they are and what they want in their lives drives Katie Boscher’s passion to be a Career & Leadership Coach. She will share more about her experience in this coaching niche and her types of clients. Also, she will explain how the ICF Core Competency of evoking awareness and how certain tools she uses with her clients support them in defining and creating their desired future.
